The house dates back to the 19th century, and has been recently renovated, it offers an upmarket comfort with a rustic appeal, with 2 floors and a total of 5 double rooms, all individually furnished and each room has its own bathroom. 3 double rooms are situated on the ground floor and have a direct access to the garden/inner yard. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are situated on the first floor and are connected with each other via a living-room.
The lounge area with a window facing the garden fascinates with a perfectly fitted red couch set. A big, patterned carpet contrasts with an elaborately refurbished ceiling, one can even see the old roof beams of the traditional house with an open fireplace.
The kitchen with a direct access to the courtyard, seizes traditional Mallorquin tiles and combines them with warm wooden notes. Rustic roof beams immaculately contrast with two-coloured modern floor tiles. Spacious worktops and high-quality kitchen appliances make the kitchen perfect.
