Villa Mensa is surrounded by the UNESCO classified ” Serra de Tramuntana” and faces the sea. It is only a 10-minute stroll from the village of Deia, where you will find shops, restaurants and bars, and a 30-minute stroll down to the beach in Cala Deia.
The house is built over 4 levels, includes a lift, and has 5 very spacious and comfortable suites, plus a staff twin room with en-suite shower room.
At the ‘entrance level’ of the house you will find a spacious dining room, a beautifully furnished lounge and a TV room with fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped, furnishings and crockery are of the best quality. The outdoor summer dining room features a patio with a fountain and a long table seating 10 people. Bedroom 1 one is also on this level.
Outside at Villa Mensa is very well equipped to make your holiday as relaxing as possible. At pool level you will find the 10m x 5m swimming pool facing the sea surrounded by sun loungers, a pool house with a covered chill-out lounge, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a bathroom with 2 showers. The stairs to the pool are closed with a safety gate for children.
The garden is planted with Mediterranean trees such as olive trees, cypresses and pine trees and features beautifully manicured lawns.
